• Assist customers with their automotive service needs and provide detailed information on available services.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify service needs and explain findings to customers.
• Prepare accurate estimates and facilitate service bookings in a friendly and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure follow-up on service satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies and repair procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using service management software and diagnostic tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
