Rocket Now's Ads Strategy Specialist will support the development and execution of Rocket Now’s advertising strategy through data-driven analysis, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong analytical capability, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to improve advertising performance, optimize processes, and identify growth opportunities.
What You Will Do
Support the development and execution of advertising business strategies and growth initiatives
Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for ad products and operations
Conduct quantitative analyses to identify revenue opportunities, pricing improvements, and operational efficiencies
Build regular performance reporting and generate insights to support leadership decision-making
Partner cross-functionally to improve advertiser performance, campaign effectiveness, and operational workflows
Identify business issues through data analysis and propose actionable solutions
Support new ad product launches and operational improvement
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
6+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, analytics, consulting, or related fields
Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and performance metrics
Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Native proficiency in Japanese
Business proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in tech, advertising, or platform businesses
Experience working closely with product and sales teams
Background in consulting or high-growth technology companies
