Crumbl Morning Baker / Crew Member

$20–$22/hour including tips | Morning shifts: 6 AM–2 PM

Join Crumbl's morning crew and turn fresh ingredients into the cookies everyone's talking about. As a Morning Baker / Crew Member, you'll keep our bakery moving, make every box look incredible, and help our first guests start their day on a sweet note.

No professional baking experience? We'll teach you. Bring your reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in.

The Schedule & Pay

• Earn $20–$22 per hour including tips, with team members averaging approximately $21 per hour. Tips vary.
• Morning shifts run approximately 6:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Friday and Saturday availability is required.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
• Consistent, year-round availability and dependable arrival for a 6 AM start are essential.

What You'll Do

This is hands-on work with a delicious payoff. You'll:

• Handle food preparation, dough mixing, and baking for our rotating weekly menu.
• Bring attention to detail to cookie decorating and packaging.
• Complete opening duties so ingredients, equipment, and workstations are ready to go.
• Deliver friendly customer service, take orders, and process payments.
• Follow food safety standards and keep your workspace clean and organized.
• Stay ahead of restocking and use time management to keep production moving.
• Bring teamwork and clear communication to every busy shift.

This is an entry-level opportunity with no experience required-just a readiness to learn and work.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, have reliable transportation for early starts, and be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
