As a Busser, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience by keeping the dining room clean, organized, and ready for every guest. You'll support our servers, reset tables quickly, and help maintain a fast-paced environment where teamwork is key.

Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Rock & Brews Busser:

1. Greet guests with a friendly expression of acknowledgment. Anticipate, and attend to guest needs.
2. Deliver food orders to guests.
3. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and safe working environment.
4. Clear discarded debris and used dishware from tables throughout service and clean tables after guests depart.
5. Maintain complete knowledge of the venue and the casino.

What you need:

1. Excellent communication, hospitality, interpersonal and math skills.
2. Attentiveness and patience for guests.
3. The ability to successfully achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days.
4. The ability to work irregular hours, extended shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

1. A high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of related experience.
2. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
