Robotics/Process Automation Specialist

We are now looking for a Robotics/Process Automation Specialist to join our Budapest SSC team, where you will play a key role in delivering automation, RPA, and AI-driven solutions across the business.

Your role:

As a Robotics/Process Automation Specialist, you will design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions that transform business processes and improve operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with global and regional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable end-to-end solutions from concept to production.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate business processes into automation and RPA solutions

• Design, develop, test, and deploy bots, workflows, and MVP solutions

• Identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities

• Build and maintain stable production automation solutions

• Participate in workshops and design sessions with business stakeholders

• Collaborate with international teams on end-to-end delivery

• Contribute to AI-driven automation initiatives, including AI agents and intelligent workflows

• Support continuous improvement of existing automation solutions

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4+ years of experience in RPA development (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)

• Strong UiPath knowledge is highly preferred

• SSC experience is strongly recommended

• Experience with automation tools such as VBA and macro development

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and SharePoint Online

• Strong understanding of business processes, workflow design, and process reengineering

• Experience with SQL and relational databases

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

• Exposure to AI / Machine Learning, experience with AI agents is a strong advantage

• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
