What awaits you?

  • Supervise the proper functioning of all industrial robots on the bodywork line, ensuring their availability and operability to meet production plans.
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs, anticipating potential failures and minimizing unplanned downtime.
  • Perform accurate and rapid diagnostics to identify and solve technical problems, ensuring the continuity of the production process.
  • Program, adjust, and optimize industrial robots to adapt them to specific production requirements, ensuring quality and precision in each operation.
  • Implement and update control and simulation software, ensuring that robots operate with maximum efficiency and safety.
  • Work in coordination with the production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and safety departments to integrate robotic solutions that meet the needs of the production process.
  • Evaluate the technical feasibility of new robotic solutions and participate in the selection of appropriate equipment and technologies for the car body line.

What should you bring along?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or any related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Automation and Control: Proficiency in control systems, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and SCADA systems.
  • Knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance: Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain robotic equipment and its components.
  • Reading and interpreting electrical plans and diagrams.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety: Application of standards and procedures for a safe working environment with robots.
  • Specific software management: Familiarity with robot programming and simulation software (e.g., ABB RobotStudio, KUKA, etc.).
  • Knowledge and experience in programming, calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial robots, ensuring their optimal performance and availability on the production line.
  • Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment with production, maintenance, quality, and safety teams, ensuring the effective integration of robotic systems.
  • Fluent business English.
