- Research and identify high-value robotics and industrial automation use cases across target industries.
- Understand customer operational pain points and help translate them into practical solution opportunities.
- Support customer discovery conversations, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Help build and manage the proof-of-concept (POC) opportunity pipeline.
- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to evaluate feasibility and iterate on proposed solutions.
- Assist in developing demo scenarios, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
- Support customer meetings, workshops, and industry engagement activities.
- Contribute to shaping solution narratives that clearly communicate operational and business value.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership, curiosity, and cross-functional collaboration.

职位要求

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering/ Mechatronics /Control systems or related fields.
- Prior internship exposure in industrial robotics, automation, manufacturing technology, or automation consulting environments is strongly preferred (e.g. KUKA, Franka, Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, system integrators)
- Strong interest in industrial automation, robotics applications, and solving operational challenges through technology
- Able to bridge technical understanding with customer and business needs in a practical, structured manner
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with both commercial and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership and curiosity
