We are looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) professional

You’ll make a difference by:

In your new role as “Robotic Process Automation (RPA) professional” below are your Key responsibilities

  1. Automation Design & Development
    • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
    • Build attended, unattended, and intelligent automation workflows.
    • Develop reusable automation components and frameworks.
    • Integrate automation solutions with ERP systems, databases, APIs, Microsoft 365 services, and other enterprise applications.
  2. Intelligent Automation & AI
    • Implement AI-powered automation solutions using Document Understanding, OCR, AI Center, and Agentic Automation technologies.
    • Develop intelligent document processing solutions for unstructured data.
    • Build and deploy AI agents and human-in-the-loop workflows.
    • Support Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases where applicable.
  3. Business & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
    • Gather requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions.
    • Conduct solution demonstrations, workshops, and user training.
    • Act as a bridge between business teams and IT organizations.
  4. Governance & Operations
    • Ensure compliance with automation governance, security policies, and enterprise standards.
    • Manage automation lifecycle, deployments, monitoring, and production support.
    • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain automation performance.
    • Support platform administration and operational reporting.

    • OCR technologies (ABBYY, Azure OCR, Google Vision).
    • Process Mining and Task Mining.
    • Azure OpenAI or Copilot-related automation solutions.

  4. Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
    • Experience in automation, software development, or digital transformation.
    • UiPath certifications are highly desirable.
  5. Experience Range
    • For senior enterprise RPA roles:
    • 8 to 12+ years of overall IT experience.
    • 5 to 7+ years of hands-on RPA/UiPath experience.
    • Experience delivering enterprise-scale automation programs.
