职位描述
1、参与 Robotaxi 云端服务的技术架构设计与优化，聚焦多区域车辆实时接入、车队调度管理、车-云-边缘数据同步、远程指令下发等核心业务场景；负责相关模块的方案设计、接口规范定义及代码落地，保障系统在多地域部署下的高可用、低延迟及数据一致性。 2、 参与业务需求评审与技术方案研讨，对接自动驾驶团队、座舱团队及海外本地化合作伙伴，将业务需求转化为技术实现方案；推动业务系统与自动驾驶能力、海外合规要求的高效协同。 3、负责 Robotaxi 云端服务模块的编码实现，聚焦微服务治理，优化系统性能瓶颈；参与国际化架构设计，包括多时区数据处理、多语言配置、跨区域数据同步方案。
职位要求
1、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、物联网等相关专业，本科及以上学历，2 年 Java 后端开发经验，有中大型分布式系统核心模块开发经验，有完整项目从需求到上线的全流程落地经验； 2、熟悉 Java 核心技术（JVM 内存模型、并发编程、集合框架），掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis-Plus 等主流开发框架，具备扎实的面向对象编程思想与编码能力； 3、 掌握数据存储与消息中间件：了解 MySQL索引设计、SQL 优化、熟悉Redis、Kafka/RabbitMQ的使用和常见问题排查，能独立设计数据存储方案与消息交互流程； 4、 具有Codex/Claude Code/Cursor等AI Coding工具和研发流程的使用经验，能够借助AI工具提升研发产出，具备初步的前端领域基础和技能； 5、 具备良好的技术文档撰写能力，能输出清晰的接口文档与技术方案文档；具备英文技术文档读写能力，有跨时区国际团队协作经验或海外项目交付经验者优先。
