职位描述
1、负责重点大客户的开发与维护； 2、 推进客户从 线索挖掘 → 商务洽谈 → 报价及合同 → 项目落地 → 规模化合作 的完整流程； 3、 深入了解客户的商业模式，挖掘业务机会； 4、 根据客户需求，协调产品、技术、运营、售后、财务及法务等内部资源，推动项目落地； 5、 参与制定商务方案、价格及合作模式，并负责商务谈判； 6、 持续维护客户关系，推动业务拓展及长期合作； 7、 跟踪Robotaxi、自动驾驶及出行市场动态，及时发现新的客户和业务机会。
职位要求
1、3–5年B2B商务拓展/大客户销售经验，有复杂项目销售经验； 2、 汽车、Robotaxi、自动驾驶、网约车、出行平台、Fleet等行业经验优先； 3、 有大客户开发和商务谈判能力，能够独立推进项目并拿结果； 4、具备较强的商业敏感度，能够理解客户的运营和商业模式； 5、 较强的跨部门协调、项目推进和客户关系管理能力； 6、 英语可作为工作语言； 7、能够适应全球范围内出差。 加分项 1、 有智能驾驶或出行平台合作经验； 2、 有从 0到1开发客户并实现规模化订单的经验。
