Du programmierst ABB-Roboter (RAPID) für Anlagen mit 1–5 Robotern, die Bauteile automatisiert umsetzen, bewegen und stapeln.
Die Anlagen haben ein Volumen von 5–50 Mio. € und laufen später im 3-Schicht-Betrieb beim Kunden.
Du arbeitest mit RobotStudio und industriellen Bussystemen – von der Simulation bis zur realen Inbetriebnahme im Werk und vor Ort.

Deine Aufgaben
Programmierung von ABB Robotern (RAPID) in Anlagen mit 1–5 Robotern pro Linie
Virtuelle Inbetriebnahme (Simulation) + reale Inbetriebnahme im Werk und beim Kunden ( 1–3 Wochen pro Einsatz)
Inbetriebnahme der Bussysteme (Profinet, EtherCAT)
Optimierung von Bewegungsabläufen → 5–20 % kürzere Zykluszeiten
Umsetzung von Sicherheitsfunktionen (z. B. SafeMove)
Technische Abstimmung mit internationalen Kunden und Projektteams
Dein Profil
Studium / Techniker (Elektrotechnik, Automatisierung, Informatik) oder erste Erfahrung in Robotik / Automatisierung
Erfahrung in der Roboterprogrammierung (ABB bevorzugt; KUKA, Yaskawa oder Fanuc ebenfalls relevant)
Erste eigene Robotik-Projekte, Programme oder Inbetriebnahmen
Englisch für technische Abstimmungen
