Job Overview :

We are looking for skilled Robot Pilots to remotely control robots and perform other tasks to enable our advanced technology from our Clark-based facilities. Ideal candidates will possess strong operational skills, quick reflexes, and the ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies. This position demands high precision, attention to detail, and effective real time problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate remote-controlled robotics systems accurately, ensuring smooth and efficient performance;
• Utilize VR technology, specialized software interfaces, and advanced gaming controllers for system navigation and operation;
• Maintain comprehensive situational awareness while managing live operational systems;
• Rapidly adapt to new platforms, control schemes, and technological upgrades;
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures to ensure safety and operational efficiency;
• Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate system issues promptly and accurately;
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to optimize procedures and enhance system performance;
• Follow stringent security and compliance measures to prevent data breaches and cybersecurity incidents;
• Conduct routine/preventive maintenance, pre-operation inspections, functional testing, and system checks during downtime to ensure equipment reliability and readiness;
• Document operational activities, errors, and incidents for accurate record-keeping and tracking purposes;
• Participate in training and actively share knowledge with team members and operators as needed;
• Strictly adhere to workplace safety guidelines to ensure a secure and safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Open to applicants of all educational backgrounds. College education is not required.
• Gaming Experience: Gaming experience is an advantage but not required. Applicants with experience in FPS, strategy, racing, flight simulation, or other games are welcome to apply.
• Hand-Eye Coordination: Good hand-eye coordination, accuracy, and ability to respond quickly to visual and operational cues.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using computers, digital equipment, gaming devices, or other technology. Previous experience with VR, drones, or similar equipment is an advantage.
• Focus & Attention to Detail: Able to stay focused, follow instructions carefully, and perform repetitive or precise tasks consistently.
• Problem-Solving: Can respond calmly and quickly to unexpected situations and follow troubleshooting procedures.
• Trainability: Willing to undergo training and learn new equipment, systems, and operational procedures.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in a structured, technology-driven environment and following established processes.
• Communication: Able to understand and follow basic English instructions. The role is primarily non-voice.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience in professional gaming, eSports, or competitive tournaments;
• Familiarity with robotics, automation platforms, or tele-operation systems. Prior experience in working with parallel robots, automata, or complex machineries is a major advantage;
• Previous experience in simulation-based training, military-style operations, or remote equipment handling;
• Understanding of cybersecurity practices relevant to remote-operated systems.

Work Setup:

• 24/7 support: Rotating shifts but the team will manage shift preferences while meeting operational requirements
• Full-time on-site at Clark, Pampanga (Building 28, Philexcel)
