Du koordinierst die An- und Abreise wie auch die Durchführung des Check-Ins bzw. Check-Outs der Gäste.
Du bearbeitest Reservierungen und Anfragen
Du unterstützt bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Events
Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf am Front Office
Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen und unterstützt sie
Du hast eine Ausbildung zum/zur Hotelfachmann/frau
Du hast Erfahrung an der Rezeption in der gehobenen Hotellerie
Du hast Kenntnisse in einem Hotelreservierungssystem
Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Gästen
