Du hast ein Auge auf das Mobiliar, bauliche Einrichtungen bzw. das Gebäude und die technischen Geräte und Anlagen
Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Steuerung der Jahresbudgets und rbeitest eigenverantwortlich in den Bereichen Instandhaltung und Energie- bzw. Medienverbrauch
Bei der Erstellung von Investitionsplanungen nimmst du an der Entwicklung teil
Neben deinen wichtigen Hauptaufgaben bleibt dir bei deinem Job bei ROBINSON Zeit für den Kontakt zu Gästen und für den Austausch mit den anderen ROBINS
Eine Ausbildung im technischen Bereich, zum Beispiel im Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Sanitär- oder Elektrohandwerk
Führungserfahrung und Erfahrung im Bereich Gebäudemanagement
PC und MS Office-Kenntnisse
Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität sowie Zuverlässigkeit
Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der jeweiligen Landessprache
