Qualifications:
• Either a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a master’s degree in engineering or in a relevant discipline from a Western Country is a MUST.
• Required relevant Chartered status and Professional License(s)
• A minimum of 14 years of experience in roads operations, maintenance, and management, with at least 5 years’ direct experience in O&M is MANDATORY.
• A master’s degree from a Western country with a minimum of 12 years of experience will be acceptable
• Both regional and international experience is required
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of current trends and technologies in the public sector, particularly innovations in the Roads O&M practices.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and other tools for daily business needs.
• Has worked in the development and implementation of QMS processes for Roads O&M.
