Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Based on product planning objectives, responsible for real-vehicle road testing of L4-level Robotaxi and closed-site license plate examination testing. In addition to testing intelligent driving features such as L4, L2++, PIPO, and MRM, also responsible for Robotaxi business logic testing, including but not limited to business order dispatching, route calculation, TOS terminal, in-cabin OMS, in-cabin passenger screen interaction, and other related features.
2. According to project and test plans, participate in formulating test plans, issuing test schedules and routes, completing ADAS vehicle-side functional testing and validation, and automatically outputting real-vehicle test indicator dashboards as well as subjective following-distance test evaluations, etc.
3. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the test scenario library for L4-level Robotaxi functions, capable of dynamically iterating and updating the scenario library based on real test data and functional development requirements, with user scenario needs as the target.
4. Responsible for establishing test standards and test processes for L4-level Robotaxi functions, including establishing a unique release process system for L4 features transitioning from manned to unmanned, as well as a release process system based on points, routes, and road segments for ODD release, in order to optimize test processes and improve test efficiency; responsible for ADAS test project management, including data management, test organization and implementation, data collection, and test evaluation training.
5. Responsible for building the test toolchain capabilities and efficiency improvement systems for L4-level Robotaxi, by refining tool requirements to improve test efficiency and reduce test costs through the test cycle, including but not limited to tool requirements related to data collection, data backhaul links, automated dashboards, etc.

Qualifications:

1. 6+ years of experience in ADAS functional road testing; good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; willing to be based in Abu Dhabi and travel to neighboring countries and cities for business trips.
2. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Vehicle Engineering, Communication Engineering, Automotive Electronics, or related fields; 5–10 years of experience in autonomous driving ADAS road testing; 3+ years of work experience in autonomous driving Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs.
3. Solid understanding of autonomous driving architecture and theoretical foundations, familiar with vehicle architecture, vehicle chassis structures, and common autonomous driving sensors; proficient in autonomous driving test methodologies, familiar with domestic and EU autonomous driving regulations and standards, and capable of independently building test plans and evaluation systems.
4. Familiar with common testing tools and able to use tools to capture signal data such as CAN/LIN/Ethernet, etc.
5. Clear thinking, with good team communication skills, collaborative spirit, and a strong sense of product and user value.
6. Holds a C1 driver's license or above, with good safety awareness and proficient driving skills.
