In this role, you'll:
• Assist with maintaining internal team tracking tools, including the weekly visual management board, to help track priorities, issues, and key milestones
• Help manage team inboxes by identifying and prioritizing new tasks, issues, and requests to ensure timely follow-up
• Support the maintenance of Road Freight Operations records in Salesforce, including logging complaints, issues, and feedback with attention to accuracy and classification
• Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and summaries, and support the coordination of responses to operational issues or enquiries in collaboration with team members and stakeholders

About you
Demonstrated experience supporting business operations, administration, and stakeholder engagement
You have the ability to think creatively to solve problems and find solutions. You’re proactive and use your initiative and prioritisation skills to get things done
Experience using CRM systems and applications in a professional and public sector setting and the ability to learn and adapt to change
You have appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience
