Ensure that customer shipments are transported efficiently and in full compliance with the required quality and capacity standards. This role combines operational execution, carrier management, capacity procurement, customer service, and internal support, contributing directly to the company’s logistics and commercial objectives.

About the Job

  • Coordinate assigned shipments to meet customer expectations and adjust capacity based on demand.
  • Source, negotiate, and secure transport capacity with carriers.
  • Perform operational tasks in CargoWise (bookings, shipments, billing, tracking, data updates).
  • Maintain accurate transportation information across internal systems.
  • Ensure correct documentation and compliance with legal and internal requirements.
  • Serve as the main operational contact for assigned customers, providing timely updates and issue resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, and partners.
  • Identify and report discrepancies in cargo details (weight, volume, labeling, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers.
  • Support the adoption of digital and automation tools by carriers.
  • Ensure compliance with BASC, OEA, ISO, and internal policies; participate in audits.
  • Document incidents properly and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and share operational knowledge.​
