Your Job functions

The role is responsible for independently leading and delivering comprehensive structural engineering solutions across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The position involves end-to-end responsibility for design, analysis, coordination, and technical oversight, ensuring compliance with Indian and international codes, project timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop road and highway design layouts including alignments, profiles, and cross-sections.
    • Perform geometric design as per IRC, AASHTO, or relevant international standards.
    • Prepare detailed engineering drawings using tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX Road, or OpenRoads
    • Conduct earthwork calculations, quantity take-offs, and grading design.
    • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including drainage, traffic, and structural engineers.
    • Review survey data and integrate into design models.
    • Ensure compliance with client requirements, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
    • Support preparation of technical reports, DPRs (Detailed Project Reports), and tender documents
    • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resolving design-related issues.
    • Participate in design reviews and assist senior engineers in decision-making

Your Profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
    • 5 years of experience in road/highway design projects
    • Proficiency in:
      • AutoCAD / Civil 3D
      • Bentley OpenRoads / MX Road
      • MS Excel and other engineering tools
    • Strong knowledge of:
      • Geometric road design principles
      • IRC / AASHTO standards
      • Pavement basics and drainage concepts

Special Attributes

    • Good written & verbal communication skills
    • Ability to write and prepare reports related to tasks performed
    • Shall be able to work independently with good analytical ability
