职位描述

1.负责亚太区域工商业储能、大型储能电站项目的现场安装指导、整机调试与并网验收等全流程技术支持，严格执行项目标准，保障项目高效落地交付。Provide full-process on-site technical support including installation support, system commissioning and grid connection acceptance for commercial & industrial and large-scale energy storage projects in APAC, and ensure project delivery in strict accordance with standards.2.负责项目交付后的日常运维、现场故障排查、问题整改及设备巡检，快速处理各类设备与技术异常，保障储能系统安全、稳定、长效运行。Responsible for post-delivery daily operation & maintenance, on-site troubleshooting, defect rectification and equipment inspection; resolve technical and equipment anomalies timely to ensure safe and stable operation of energy storage systems.3.面向海外客户、合作方及施工团队，开展设备安装、调试、运维及安全操作等专业技术培训，输出标准化培训文档，提升合作方现场实操能力与专业水平。Deliver professional technical training on equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance and safety operation for overseas clients, partners and construction teams, and compile standardized training documents to improve on-site operational capabilities.4.持续收集现场设备运行问题、安装痛点及客户反馈，建立问题清单，梳理总结优化建议，输出产品、工艺、现场方案的迭代优化意见，协同各部门完成产品与方案升级。Continuously collect on-site equipment failures, installation difficulties and customer feedback, establish problem list, put forward optimization suggestions for products, processes and on-site solutions, and cooperate with relevant departments to complete iterative upgrades.5.负责现场技术资料、运维记录、故障分析报告的整理、汇总与归档，实时同步项目进度与问题信息，确保项目资料完整、可追溯。Sort out and file on-site technical documents, maintenance records and fault analysis reports, update project information in real time, and guarantee complete and traceable project data.6.对接区域客户、总包及当地合作团队，协同推进项目落地，高效解决现场各类技术问题，维护客户关系，提升客户满意度。Communicate with regional clients, general contractors and local partners to promote project implementation, solve on-site technical problems efficiently, maintain good customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction

职位要求

任职资格：Qualifications:1.大专及以上学历，电气、电力电子、新能源、自动化等相关专业，1-3年储能、光伏、电力设备行业现场服务经验，熟悉工商业及大型储能项目者优先。College degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, New Energy, Automation or related fields; 1-3 years of on-site service experience in energy storage, photovoltaic or power equipment industry, familiarity with C&I and large-scale energy storage projects is preferred.2.熟悉储能变流器、电池簇、BMS、EMS等储能系统核心设备工作原理，可独立完成储能项目现场调试、故障排查及日常运维工作。
Familiar with the working principles of core energy storage equipment including PCS, battery clusters, BMS and EMS; capable of independently completing on-site commissioning, troubleshooting and daily maintenance of energy storage projects.3.熟练使用中文、英文沟通，具备优秀海外沟通能力者优先，能适应海外驻场及亚太区域高频出差工作模式。Fluent in Chinese and English are preferred; able to adapt to overseas stationing and frequent business trips across APAC.4.具备独立开展海外技术培训、现场答疑的能力，逻辑思维清晰，善于复盘总结现场问题，输出落地性强的优化方案。Capable of independently conducting overseas technical training and on-site technical Q&A; with clear logical thinking, good at summarizing on-site problems and delivering practical optimization solutions.5.掌握低压、中压配电基础知识及电气安全规范。Grasp basic knowledge of low and medium voltage power distribution and electrical safety specifications; 6.工作责任心强、抗压能力佳，具备良好的跨部门协作能力与客户服务意识，可快速适配海外工作与生活环境。7.Strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance, good cross-departmental collaboration ability and customer service awareness, able to quickly adapt to overseas working and living environment.
