Job Title: Total Quality Urschel Operator
Reports To: Department Supervisor
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
1st Shift
Hours: M-F 5:30am to 2:00pm
Overtime is required based on production needs.
Pay: 18.50/Hour
Operates mixing machine to blend ingredients into compounds for processing by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Verifies ingredients prior to mixing.
• Loads ingredients into mixing tank.
• Starts machine and adjusts valves or devices in mixing chamber to aid in blending and densifying mixture.
• Operates machine until mixture reaches desired consistency and turns lever to unload mixture into totes or bulk tanks.
• Immediately relays any problems or concerns with product to the Department Supervisor.
• Cleans and sanitizes mixing tanks, pumps and pipes.

Language Skills
