Job Description

**Job Summary:**

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the resort and grounds. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and appearance of the facility.

**Qualifications:**

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of the Timeshare or Hotel industry is advantageous
• Experience in general resort maintenance, including landscaping, construction, and upkeep
• Ability to read work orders and effectively use basic tools

**Responsibilities:**

• Implement preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintain daily upkeep, which includes but is not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, furniture moving, hanging drywall, and landscaping clean-up
• Respond to maintenance calls and ensure the general upkeep of the resort.
• Notify the manager promptly of any maintenance issues
• Assist guests as needed
• Complete any other duties as assigned
