St. Ann Rehabilitation & Nursing Center – Dover, NH

St. Ann Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire, is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for our 2nd shift (3PM–11PM) This position requires consistent weekend availability

Competitive Pay:

  • RN: $32 – $37.40/hour (based on experience)
  • LPN: $28 – $33.40/hour (based on experience)

Shift Differentials:

  • Weekdays (2nd Shift): +$2/hr
  • Weekends (2nd Shift): +$3/hr

What You’ll Do


As an RN or LPN at St. Ann, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in a low resident-to-staff ratio environment
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
  • Administer medications and monitor resident conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Support and mentor LNAs and LMNAs to maintain a positive team environment

Requirements

· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

· Long-term care experience preferred

· Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
