• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

What You'll Do

• Provide and oversee high-quality nursing care for residents
• Administer medications, treatments, and assessments according to care plans
• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and leadership to ensure excellent outcomes
• Promote dignity, comfort, and independence for every resident
• Support and mentor team members to foster a positive work culture
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

Position Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license
• CPR Certification

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, and pull residents, equipment, and supplies (up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs regularly)
• Frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach above shoulders and below the waist
• Remain active and on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to see and hear clearly to perform assessments and care tasks
