We're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you'll provide quality nursing care, support resident well-being, and work alongside a team committed to delivering exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and facility policies
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, providers, and team members
• Respond to resident needs and changes in condition
• Support a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska RN or LPN license
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize and make sound clinical decisions
• Dependable, professional, and committed to quality care

Position Details

• Full-time hourly position
• Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Weekend rotation required
• Holiday rotation required
• Shift and weekend differential available
