Cura of Willmar is looking for an RN or LPN to join our day-shift nursing team!

We are a 78-bed skilled nursing facility providing both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Our nurses have the opportunity to build relationships with residents, work closely with CNAs and other nursing staff, and be an important part of a team focused on providing great resident care.

Whether you have years of long-term care experience or are looking to bring your nursing skills into skilled nursing, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Providing guidance and support to CNAs and TMAs
  • Completing accurate and timely nursing documentation
  • Responding to changes in condition and resident needs
  • Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
