We are looking for a Tire Development Engineer T&B to take responsibility for the development of commercial truck & bus tires within the framework of production planning according to quality, cost, complexity and timing goals. Industrialization of new, transferred products and validated new technologies. Ensure the maintenance of article specification to fulfill quality goals in current production.

Responsibility for product development of Truck-Bus Radial tires products worldwide.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical engineering or comparable scientific or engineering education / background
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields (as a plus)
  • Project management skills (as a plus)
  • Self-organization and ability to work with autonomy.
  • Strong communication and interaction skills
  • Strong team player within intercultural and international environment
  • Proactive problem-solving mind-set and willingness to learn
  • Committed and self-driven
  • Intercultural competency along with clear and open communication abilities that support the growth of diversity
  • Solid computer skills and Office tools.
  • English language skills required (written and spoken);
  • Portuguese language skills (as a plus)
  • Availability for travelling internationally
