As an RN in Surgical Acute, you'll gain exposure to general surgical patients including bariatric, ortho, spinal, urology, medical, telemetry, and trauma. Continuous and manual bladder irrigation, suprapubic urinary catheters, nephrostomy drains, wound V.A.C. therapy, orthopedic braces, and Patient-Controlled Analgesia infusions.
This is a high-functioning unit that boasts exceptionally high employee engagement and patients’ satisfaction scores.
This position is eligible for New Hires and Relocation Incentives up to $7k.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:
Required Qualifications:
At least one year RN experience
Graduate from an accredited school for nursing
Current CA State RN license
American Heart Association BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications:
At least one year of acute Med/Surg RN experience.
At least one year of Acute Long Term Care experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Bariatric Certification preferred
