In the Surgical Float Pool, you will work with diverse populations of patients in numerous surgical units, departments and/or locations while learning from many of our best caregivers. This position is fast-paced and constantly changing, so adaptability and flexibility are important. Still, you will find a solid, united culture, where caregivers continuously encourage each other to be their best and provide unparallel patient care. Every day, you will be celebrated for all you bring to Cleveland Clinic as an RN.

As a Registered Nurse on this team, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients are safely prepared, supported, and comfortable throughout every stage of their surgical journey. Your clinical expertise, attention to detail, and compassionate approach help create a positive patient experience, providing reassurance and comfort during what can often be a challenging and emotional time.

This RN position is part of Cleveland Clinic’s Weekender Flex Program and will require you to work two 12-hour shifts per weekend and one 12-hour day shift during the week. While you are only working 36 hours a week, Cleveland Clinic will pay you for 44 hours of work and give you full-time status and benefits. This schedule allows caregivers to enjoy personal time during the week with family and friends and take care of any errands that will not interfere with a typical day shift schedule.

How You’ll Benefit

  • Take advantage of industry leading benefits, including our RN Loan Repayment program, which helps pay off student debt, and our Tuition Reimbursement program to reinvest in your career. And if you’re relocating to join us, you could be eligible for relocation assistance.
