40 Hours per week
Day Shift- a variety of shifts are available for more of a work-life balance, orientation must be completed before moving to a different open shift. Orientation hours are Monday - Friday, 0645 to 1515.
Variable shifts. Minimal weeknight and weekend call
Administers, directs, and coordinates inter- and intra-departmental activities. Work is performed in accordance with Kentucky regulations for Registered Nurses, established hospital standards, nursing department/unit structure, process and outcome standards, regulatory and accreditation requirements, and the philosophy, goals and objectives of the hospital, nursing and education services.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Kentucky Board of Nursing or compact state. BLS required. ACLS preferred within 3 months, not to exceed 6 months. Certification in area of expertise preferred. EXPERIENCE: 1 year RN in acute care setting or experience as circulating RN preferred
