Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor 8-hour Shifts

Requirements:

• RN license required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience as a professional nurse preferably in a long-term care setting.
• Supervisory experience in a team lead role preferably in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and restore patients' health by directing and supervising the day-to-day clinical care team, services, and programs on assigned shifts.
• Direct and develop staff, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff.
• Provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.
