
Geneva General Hospital is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and operational support throughout the acute care setting during night shifts, weekends, and holidays. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating clinical activities, supporting nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and responding to emergency clinical and administrative situations in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
The RN Supervisor serves as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff while promoting a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on safety, professionalism, and excellence in care delivery.
Schedule: Full-Time
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
