As a Trauma 1 and Comprehensive Stroke Center we depend on teamwork to care for our patients.
As a Supervisor of Interventional Radiology, you will share leadership responsibilities for the nursing unit, including managing daily staffing plans. You will also ensure appropriate and timely use of bed placement technology (Teletracking) and adherence to care processes for bed placement/patient transfer/patient transport/room cleaning and patient discharge. You will ensure the safe transition of patients through the continuum of care to include active participation of nursing staff in planning and coordinating patient care, and direct hand-off to next appropriate level of care.
Required Experience/Specialized Skills:
Critical thinking skills and ability to develop and implement standard work/process improvements.
Preferred:
·5 years IR experience
·Previous Supervisor experience
