Geneva Primary Care RN Supervisor
Provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for nursing services within physician practices. Collaborates with providers, practice managers, and administrative leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting organizational quality, safety, and performance goals. Oversees clinical protocols, nursing workflows, staff development, competency validation, and regulatory compliance. Promotes efficient resource utilization, care coordination, and continuous process improvement to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Minimum:
• Registered Nursing Degree
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree
LICENSE:
Minimum:
• Current NYS RN license.
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:
Minimum:
• BLS in the RQI system upon hire.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum:
• Two years healthcare experience as a Registered Nurse or Four years experience as an LPN.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Preferred:
• Acute care and medical office experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Prior Care Management experience.
SKILLS:
Minimum:
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
• Computer literacy.
Preferred:
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and electronic medical record (Medent).
