RN Supervisor, Care Management

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead our Care Management team.

Requirements

• This candidate will provide Associate Director level supervision to the Care Management Department
• Must have 2 years of experience in discharge planning and utilization review
• Must be CCM & PRI certified
• Bachelor’s degree required but masters preferred
