THE POSITION:

  • Location: Grand Island, NE
  • Title: RN Supervisor
  • Schedule: Full Time
  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
  • License Requirements: Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in good standing with applicable state board of nursing

As an RN Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing client care while supporting our field nursing team. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff
  • Coordinating and overseeing individualized client care plans
  • Delivering education, training, and mentorship to caregivers
  • Supporting clients and families through consultation and care coordination
  • Promoting quality outcomes and regulatory compliance
  • Partnering with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care
  • Encouraging caregiver success and professional development in the home care setting

EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Nebraska State Board of Nursing
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred:

  • Two or more years of nursing experience
  • Pediatric nursing experience
  • Home health or home care experience
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
