About the Role
As an RN Nurse Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day nursing operations in our skilled nursing facility. Your leadership ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Assist with staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services on care plans and improvements.
• Respond to resident and family concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications
• Nursing Degree from an accredited school or approved RN program.
• Current RN license in Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hospital, long-term care, or related healthcare setting.
