The RN Shift Coordinator plays a vital leadership role in supporting unit operations and fostering a culture of clinical excellence. Working in close collaboration with the Clinical Managers and Nursing Directors, the Shift Coordinator serves as an extension of nursing leadership, empowered to address operational concerns, guide staff, and uphold standards of care during assigned shifts. This role includes holding team members accountable, providing timely feedback to the Clinical Managers, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and patient centered environment.
