SSC-Sutter Senior Care
Manages the patient/family experience through utilization of critical thinking, teamwork, effective communication, and nursing judgment/knowledge/skills. May lead interdisciplinary case conferences in outpatient special care centers. Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety to help deliver optimal patient care.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
RN-Registered Nurse of California

Department, SCAH: DL-Valid Drivers License Class C
Department, SCAH: AUTO-Automobile Insurance
2 years of recent relevant experience.
6 months of medication management experience preferred
1 year of recent experience with the seniors
6 months of medication management experience preferred
Must have demonstrated knowledge of basic nursing skills and effective English written and communication skills.
Knowledge of population-specific learning principles relative to patient teaching.
For Trauma: In-depth knowledge of nursing process in assessment of physical and psychosocial needs of trauma patients through understanding of the pathophysiology of multi-system traumatic injuries, associated nursing diagnoses, and appropriate treatment modalities.
Independently practices and prioritize multiple demands in a ever-changing environment.
Good interpersonal, communication (both oral and written) and teamwork skills is required.

Pay Range is $66.70 to $93.38 / hour
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
