Start your nursing career with confidence through 12 month-long Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program™, designed to support newly NY State Licensed RN's as they transition into clinical practice.
As an RN Resident, you’ll receive:

You’ll build skills in:
• Clinical decision-making
• Leadership in patient care
• Evidence-based practice

Eligibility:
All newly NY State Licensed RN Residents with less than one year of experience are automatically enrolled. Cohorts start 8 times per year.

$38.75–$39.75/hr. (based on experience, education, and skills)

Education, Training, Experience, Certification and Licensure:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
RN Licensed in the State of New York and posted on Office of Professions.
Maintains current BLS/CPR and ACLS certification.
Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.
