Registered Nurse (RN) – Winona Outpatient Surgery Center (OSC)
Location: Winona, MN with potential coverage in at La Crosse OSC and Main Surgery Center
FTE: Part-time, 0.8 (64 hours per two weeks)
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday between 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
(Occasional extended hours based on patient care needs)
About the Role
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our growing Outpatient Surgery Center (OSC) team in Winona, MN.
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality perioperative care in a fast-paced operating room setting, working primarily daytime hours with no weekends or holidays. You’ll have the opportunity to support a wide range of surgical specialties while collaborating with a close-knit, highly supportive team.
What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care for a diverse population—from pediatric to geriatric patients
Circulate for a variety of surgical cases including:
ophthalmology, general surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, sports medicine, gynecology, urology, and robotics
Oversee operating room workflow, including:
Medication administration
Surgical documentation
Maintaining a safe and efficient surgical environment
Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary team members
Support patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the surgical experience
What You’ll Bring
Active RN license in Minnesota (Wisconsin license preferred upon hire, required within 90 days of hire)
Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS certification (required)
Minimum of 2 years RN experience in acute care - desired
Operating Room experience preferred; scrub experience a plus
