RN Registered Nurse 11 to 7
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Carlisle, PA. As a full-time Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional care to our patients, working from 11am to 7pm shifts. Our award-winning center delivers a comprehensive continuum of subacute and long-term care in a warm and homelike environment. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care, focusing on individualized needs and goals
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring effective and efficient treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
