RN, Registered Nurse | OB/GYN Clinic – La Crosse

Location: La Crosse clinic

Schedule: Full-time, 0.7 FTE (56 hours per two weeks)
Shift: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
No weekends, holidays, or on-call obligations

This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about women’s health, values teamwork, and wants to build meaningful relationships with patients in a supportive, clinic-based setting—all while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule in the beautiful Coulee Region.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across Obstetrics, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Gynecology
  • Perform fetal monitoring for OB patients (NST’s), provide OB patient education during 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester appointments, administered oral medications and injections
  • For patients seeking obstetric and/or gynecology care: Respond to MyChart messages, perform phone triage, assist with clinic procedures, and administer medication
  • Contribute to a clinic culture that prioritizes teamwork, adaptability, continuous learning, and a positive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Cross-train to support OB/GYN at our Onalaska clinic as needed as part of our collaborative team approach to patient care

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing
  • RN licensure to work in Wisconsin upon hire
  • BLS for healthcare providers
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of RN experience, ideally in OB/GYN, high risk OB care, women’s health, or caring for those with chronic health conditions
  • Ideal candidate thrives in an autonomous environment, applies strong critical thinking skills, values teamwork, and prioritizes patient care
