Looking for your next travel RN opportunity? This assignment is an immediate need for an experienced Med/Surg/Telemetry RN who is confident with cardiac drips, EKG interpretation, IV therapy, and complex wound care.

Position Details

• Location: Rome, NY 13440

• Specialty: Med/Surg – Telemetry

• Start Date: ASAP

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Shift: days/nights

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Requirements

• Active NY Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg/Telemetry experience

• BLS certification

• ACLS certification

• NIH Stroke certification required before start

• Strong IV insertion and management skills

• Cardiac drip experience, including Cardizem

• Confident reading and interpreting EKG strips

• Strong wound care experience

• Ability to float between Med/Surg and Stepdown
