Join TK Health as a Contract Monitor
TK Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Contract Monitor at the McLennan County Jail in Waco, Texas. This leadership role is responsible for monitoring healthcare contract compliance, supporting quality assurance initiatives, collaborating with facility leadership, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality correctional healthcare services.
This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a challenging and rewarding healthcare environment.
Compensation
Salary Range: $95,000 - $102,000 annually
Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications:
- Candidates with correctional healthcare experience and management experience may be considered toward the higher end of the salary range.
- Candidates with correctional healthcare experience but limited management experience may be considered closer to the starting salary range.
Position Responsibilities
- Monitor healthcare operations for compliance with contractual requirements.
- Review clinical processes, documentation, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with facility administration and healthcare leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Assist with audits, quality assurance reviews, and performance monitoring.
- Support regulatory and accreditation readiness efforts.
- Ensure healthcare services are delivered in accordance with company policies and applicable standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to onsite healthcare teams as needed.

Qualifications
Required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Correctional healthcare experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred
- Previous healthcare leadership or management experience.
- Experience with quality assurance, compliance monitoring, or healthcare operations oversight.
