Position Details:
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Management
Location: Bronx, NY
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-Hour Days, Monday–Friday
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Requirements:
Active NY RN License
BSN required
Minimum 1 year of inpatient Case Management experience
Experience with acute care discharge planning
BLS Certification
PRI (Patient Review Instrument) Certification
SCREEN Training Certification
Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
Strong critical thinking, communication, and time management skills
Experience with CarePort, MCG, InterQual, or Utilization Review is preferred
Prior critical care experience is preferred
