About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse 3 to 11, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing patients' conditions and developing individualized care plans
Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as directed
Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Participating in interdisciplinary patient care conferences and education sessions
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
