This role provides direct oversight of 3 Nursing Supervisors while helping drive clinical excellence, team development, operational success, and quality patient care across our Private Duty Nursing division.

You will have support, collaboration, and leadership partnership while still having the autonomy to lead your teams effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Active MO RN license required
IL RN license a plus
Leadership or supervisory experience required
PDN or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and operational leadership skills
$3,000 Sign On Bonus
