Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)The Nurse Practitioner will assist the surgeons and Bariatric Department in all aspects of care during preparation for and follow-up after weight loss surgery. The NP will implement workflows, policies, procedures, and best practices ensuring integrated services and care coordination. The candidate will also be working with Pain Management department, as well as Bariatrics.Requirements:-Minimum of 3 years experience Certification/Licensure:NYS Professional Registered Nurse license required.NYS Nurse Practitioner Certification required. Education requirements:BSN requiredMSN required Computer/Equipment skills:Athena Health or a similar electronic medical records system is required.Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.Knowledge of Patient registries/data mining applications preferred.Salary Range: $71.79/hr - $76.92/hr Part time; Saturdays as needed
