The RN Staff Nurse will work in our Psychiatric Unit and practice alongside physicians and nurse practitioners and other team members to deliver comprehensive ambulatory nursing care (Telephonic/Portal-Based Care). In this role, the nurse is responsible for performing detailed patient and family assessments, executing clinical interventions, and providing essential health education to ensure high-quality care delivery. By skillfully and consistently performing clinical duties in strict accordance with established policies and procedures, the nurse maintains operational excellence and safety. As a key member of the care team, the RN Staff Nurse serves as a professional resource for patients, facilitating efficient clinical workflows and promoting positive health outcomes through evidence-based practice.
The ideal candidate will have a BSN, 4 + years of nursing experience, including Psychiatric experience, and skilled in using Epic.
Hours: Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm (onsite), Fridays 8am-2pm (remote)
Experience & Education:
Associate's in nursing required, bachelors preferred.
1 years of direct nursing experience.
4+ years of RN experience Preferred
Epic experience Preferred
Pediatric - Psych experience Preferred
Certification/Licensure:
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS.
